As a small business owner in Chicago, Monica-Kaye (MK) has cultivated relationships and clients from a career that has spanned leadership roles in the nonprofit, public and private sectors.  A tireless advocate for the marginalized, MK is enthusiastic to be involved with the establishment of DEI Standard as the leading independent assessment and recognition system for organizational diversity, equity and inclusion.

MK is particularly interested in workforce and supplier diversity and looks forward to being a positive role model for women of color that rarely see themselves represented in leadership positions in Corporate America.

As an Assistant District Attorney in Nashville, Christina is responsible for prosecuting crimes of domestic violence.  Prior to becoming an attorney Christina had a career in marketing and partnered with clients from an array of industries to drive digital transformation; enabling innovative marketing and technology solutions.

Promoting DEI is a passion for Christina, based on her experiences within multiple career verticals and industries, and an understanding of the positive impacts of DEI from both the larger sociological perspective and from professional experiences.

As managing director of the public-private partnership responsible for energy infrastructure reconstruction in Puerto Rico, David is leveraging his experience in renewables and labor-intensive outsourcing markets for the public good.  As a senior leader in numerous private sector enterprises David also looks to bring his background of defining operations and developing quality processes to the DEI Standard team.

David aspires to witnessing improvement in business diversity associated with Latinx professional service organizations.
